We offer In Home Private and Group In Studio Personal Training
Private Sessions - 60 Minutes
No special equipment needed, our trainers will bring everything you need for an effective workout.
One on One
Working with a personal trainer is the safest and most effective way to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, reduce stress, increase your strength and flexibility, or all of the above, we can help. Our trainers will provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need to achieve the results you desire!
By carefully analyzing your personal goals, exercise history and fitness assessments, your trainer will design an exercise program that is safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs.
Your home, office, condo gym or health club.
(Outdoor sessions are available during the spring/summer/fall)

Package of 5 - $450 ($90 each)
Package of 10 - $850 ($85 each)

Add up to 2 people for only $30 each per class and share the savings - contact us to if you have more than one person and we will email a quote.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of private personal training sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended
All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
Group Personal Training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Our group classes offer the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate with the added benefit of peer support, accountability and motivation.
All participants do not have to be at the same fitness level to benefit from group training. Custom designed workouts are built for different fitness levels. Individualized testing during the client's first class ensures that sessions are targeted to the individual's needs.
All levels and abilities, no experience required.
