12 Week LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
If getting fitter and healthier or weight loss is your goal and you are serious about making real and long lasting lifestyle changes this program is for you.
The Mind Body Makeover is an extremely informative and fun program that combines 60 minute fat destroying, metabolism increasing resistance workouts with 30 minute motivational/educational workshops 2x per week.
The workshop and private classes are taught by FitZonePLUS Founder, Suzanne Gracan, who has struggled with and conquered her own issues with getting fitter and healthier, having lost 140lbs in the past 4 years. 2, 30 minute workshops per week - one on one, delivered through Skype
YOUR CHOICE OF:
Unlimited yoga, zumba, group personal training or dance classes at the
2 PRIVATE Personal Training or Yoga classes per week, delivered through skype.
You can choose to attend classes at the studio or one on one through Skype
If you prefer to do the classes at FitZonePLUS, click here for the class schedule. You may attend UNLIMITED CLASSES for the 12 weeks of the program! If you prefer to do the classes through Skype, the options are any type of Yoga in the class descriptions or Personal Training.
Each workshop has a different theme and there will be action plans so you can put what you learn into practice and discuss it the following week.
In the first workshop of the week we will introduce a new topic. Workshops topics include: Creating the Foundation for Success, How to Conquer Self Sabotage, Create Positive Beliefs and Positive Outcomes, How to Become a Food Label Detective, How to Master Your Motivation, How to Supercharge Your Nutrition, Eat This, Not That, Plateau Busters...
Every week you will be given an action plan which will give you an opportunity to incorporate the new tools and information you've learned into your life. Theory only does not work. You must practice what you've learned until it becomes habit!
In the second workshop of the week, you will discuss the action plan, successes and obstacles ask questions and learn from the instructor. These sessions are extremely motivating and the information you will be given will change your life. In 12 weeks you will have made many lasting, holistic changes and have a tool kit to take you through life.
You Will Learn:
•How to goal set realistic goals and create a successful action plan
•How to use tools to develop awareness and control
•How to conquer self sabotage (create positive beliefs and positive outcomes)
•How to plan for success (meal management strategies)
•How to super charge your nutrition plan
•How to become a food label detective
•How to make informed choices
•How to master your motivation (maintain it and move forward)
•Plateau busters (Specific steps to create change)
Your Choice Of:
- Unlimited Group Personal Training, Yoga, Zumba and Dance classes at the FitZonePLUS studio. Classes range from 30 - 60 minutes in length. Clearly this option is only for people who live within travelling distance to the studio.
- 2, 45 minute, Private Yoga or Group Personal Training sessions, delivered through Skype. This option is for people who do not live within traveling distance to the studio, prefer a private class which is tailored specifically to their needs or they are busy and prefer to do the session in home.
You can choose any type of yoga class you prefer. Click here for class descriptions. The session will be one on one through Skype or in a class at the studio, your choice. If one-on-one, the yoga class will be completely personalized to fit your needs.
Group Personal Training
Resistance training using light weights, resistance bands and weighted balls. Click here for class description. The session will either be one-one-one through Skype or in a class a the studio, your choice. If one-on-one, the personal training session will be completely personalized to fit your needs.
- Your fitness level will be assessed during the first class and you will work at your level
- As your fitness level increases, so will the level of the challenge
We will NOT promise that you will lose ridiculous and unhealthy amounts of weight. We WILL guarantee that if you eat nutritiously and attend all of the classes, you will become healthier, lose weight, increase your metabolism and gain muscle. You will be more knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness, your clothes will fit better and you will be more confident and feel more empowered.
We understand that not everyone participating in this program wants to be weighed or have their measurements taken. Some people would rather focus on how they feel rather than on a number, others are motivated by knowing the numbers. That's why we are making the following optional. YOU decide how to measure your results!
